Aquarian's powers effectively negate him having the ability to have any additional powers as well.

Logical consequence. No powers can be utilized within his field - the direction of them going either in or out - and he can't control the field besides expanding/contracting. It's always on.

rogue's power would probably be neutralized, but a slow drain might be possible. mastermind's powers would depend on whether telepathic signals are nullified and if so, if theyd exceed the energy limit
the aquarian himself retained some superstrengh.
