Magneto alone can give the JLA a fight. Adding the others is just overkill. DCnU JLA are mid tiers at best. I'm sure in a few years that will change, though.

Superman's already a Herald. Hal killed Krona. Flash is, well, Flash. Aquaman is arguably as strong as his pre-reboot self. They're not so weak.
