This sounds roughishly right to me. Maybe have Loki below Frost (MAYBE).

A regular human with the Mind Gem (Parker Robins) was beating Xavier in a telepathic showdown and doing so subconsciously without fully tapping into the gem.

Isnt Xavier one of the most powerful TPs in MU?

I can't see Emma mindrapeing loki if she couldn't do that to Thor

not sure why most of you put odin at the top.. yeah he is at skyfather level, but that doesnt mean that hes the most powerful TP, and i havent seen any panel wherein he did something impressive with TP

By contrast, Galactus basically winked and pushed Xavier/Magneto's shit in. And an alternate Galactus acted like Xavier was a cat hair on his hand.

Thanos got his shit pushed in too, but not as bad as Xavier.

Galactus is so far above anyone on this list it's insane. Odin doing anything in tp to him is a crazy feat (maybe too good, but I digress).

Surfer mind ****ed the whole planet without missing a beat. He's destroyed psionic artefacts that even Galactus couldn't detect (dunno how that works, but if Odin can enjoy PIS against Galactus, why not Surfer). And he's shared his consciousness with inanimate objects - he clearly has both flexibility AND power when it comes to TP.

Thanos, mostly because he mind-controlled Savage Hulk (Avengers Assemble Hulk isn't exactly articulate so...).
