Nah. Rao Kal-El has agreed that Mjolnir could absorb it. That pretty much kills all debate.

I think we have finally unpeeled all the repression carver had for his Superman feelings...

He tried to tell himself he was a Marvel fan, a true believer. He shouted Hulk Smash at all the appropriate moments, and had the posters of Hulk up on his wall.

I don't think the dimensional dislocation absorbs and re-directs attacks. At least, not to my knowledge.

thor holds mjolnir out to block the blow, the heat is easily absorbed but the sheer force pushes thor's arms back and mjolnir collides with his face, one shotting him.
