-They start 25 ft. apart in an abandoned mall.

-Both have standard equipment

-Morals are on and this is a random encounter

-Wins by KO

Clint nails her against a wall

Then the fight starts and he knocks her out

HE destroys Catwoman, then Nightwing, then Robin, then Batman, then Bane... Etc. etc. etc.

Clint pretty easily

If she can avoid his arrows She kicks his ass.
