i think he clears until ss (unless the war machine armor has special shielding to prevent vision phase killing him). ss would be a tough match up for him. could be a stalemate since i'm not sure vision would be able to find him if he went invisible and ss couldn't harm or hold vision if he stayed intangible. jonzz has all of vision's powers + a lot more. not sure they could harm each if they stayed invisible, but jonzz is certainly the more powerful and would win in the end.
