Which universe have the most powerful artifacts?

Which universe have the most powerful tools, device, or technically made (example, the ALE or Gems).

Technically made means a device made via tech. Please name something for each.

For Most powerful, I'll probably say Marvel for the Heart of the Universe.

I don't know about technically made.

If by "Gems" , you're referring to the Infinity Gems , then they aren't "technically made" . Neither is the Anti-Life Equation/Entity(to my knowledge , although someone better versed in DC is free to prove me wrong) .
