I don't think Hulk or any other bruiser has even a distant chance at beating Plas, especially with Reed's intellect. You can't rip/pound an object that has a tensile or elastic limit farther than you can reach/punch/pull.

Just sayin', I think it will take some creativity to beat a Reed-intellected Plastic Man.
