How strong is this team? (DC Universe)

So lets be realistic here, how far could this team go in the DC Universe assuming they all had full use of the powers and abilities. Can they complete with the best of the best? Tell me exactly where this team would rank in DC and give me the strongest team or villain they could take. Also if you have ideas for a name that would be cool too.

Who is the Red X?
And I would surrender just to get a closer look at PG's boobs and Huntress's butt.

It'd be a low to mid-tier team.

Mr. Terrific's genius mind and technical prowess working together with Raven is a duo you don't want to mess with.

Full power as in Raven under Trigon's influence? In that state she was able to defeat a team of Titans (including some heavy hitters) with nothing but a gesture.
