Fight is in Asgard in an open field.

Fight one: No amp for team Asgard
Fight two: Team Asgard gets the Norn stones

Fight one should go to Thanos.

Fight two should easily go to Asgard.

It's possible that team can win both, definitely they will win 2nd round, add Classic Loki Asgard wins both hands down.

Thanos.

If its the way norn stones worked against the Void, Thanos wins
