Doc Ock vs. Mr X

Who wins?

What version of Ock?

Don't the tentacles have the ability to attack on their own without any thought on Doc's part?

Not to my knowledge...

I thought the "sentience" with the tentacles were only in the movies.

Doc ock can away bullets away, what's x best speed feat

X has also deflected bullets.

I thought someone on here said Ock could do that, but if Ock's tentacles can't act independently, he has no chance of winning. X "sees" where each tentacle is going to attack and dodges until he gets up close and then it's over for Ock.

Thanks to Mr. X's telepathy he will know exactly how many pieces will be left of him by the end of the fight.

PS: And yeah some version of Ock's arms were shown attacking on their own, they had AI. Not to mention the latest version of Ock is a 8-legged carbonadium tank. Getting close (even if X somehow manages to do that ) wont do him much good.
