IMO, Imperiex is at least equal to a Celestial, and we know how well the Destroyer did there...

Nothing in DC has ever survived entropy. I don't see why being mystical in origin would help

In DC Entropy is capable of killing abstracts, and destroying universes. Logically it should be able to erase the Destroyer as well.
