I said within the first nanosecond, not that it would take a nano-second to do, Surfer reacts far far faster than that.

Well, I thought I was white, but I've successfully done armbars, so I don't know anymore. How did I turn black?

And Superman's reaction time is much greater than nanosecond. In fact, I'd like to see these alleged examples of Surfer's reacting time being as great as you claim. The only nanosecond example I saw was questionable and inferior to examples I've seen for Superman, if we're to take Surfer's at face value.

But please, first answer how I became black.

Superman kills them both in first femtosecond, obviously.
