Nah, he said Absorbing Man had Doom's mind, not that Doom had AM's body. I don't think Creel is going to be able to put Doom's knowledge to very good use.

Not be a functional idiot for one.

Creel, dumb as he is, is smart enough to at least take on the properties of uru and consistently gives Thor a good fight, provided Thor doesn't try anything exotic of BFR him.

Given Doom's intellect, Creel would basically be uninhibited by CIS, which makes him grossly OP'd.

Yeah Doom's mind would give Creel an insanely advanced knowledge of magic, if not in actual spells he would at least know to possibly take on specific energies from Mjolnir and utilize them.
