Is there a batman villain who can beat Ironman?

Non of Bat's actual "villains" pose any threat to Tony (save probably clayface but just by a bit) in a random encounter. Some can with prep but even those can get awry since the only villains to get an upperhand on him prepwise have some great degree of tech savy.

It'll have to be a few of them working together, and possibly sneaking in (Mad Hatter tech tampering with the helmet, maybe?) to even have a chance.
