You'd need to go abstract to beat them, assuming they're intended to be roughly equal to the original Thor and Surfer.

I can't see Post Beyonder winning. Especially now Beyonder. I don't know, maybe.

The Cube is generally portrayed at at least Eternity level

Sometimes... would be the best to answer that.

The Cube is pretty Deus Ex though. Plus, that, combined with Doom's tech, and the Control Rod drained Galactus.
Mind you Doom did pretty much state Galactus was greater, meh.

Sometimes the Cube is used on the lower end, but when Thanos had it, he turned into the universe, one trapped a bunch of Celestials, and I believe another was overlapping universes.

I tought it was well stablished in marvel :
616 Celestias + 616 Galactus > Cosmic Cube

Galactus is capable of universal and multiversal feats ( The last Thor annual showed this)

Magus used 5 cubes to fight against Galactus, kubic stated he was nothing compared to a Celestial.

A Cube trapped a bunch of Celestials from another timeline, they are probably much weaker than the 616.

Odin could likewise pwn all the Thor's by commanding Mjolnir to "drop" like he did during Fear Itself, then AoE blasting the Surfers to dust.

You think Odin could solo 1000 Thors and 1000 Surfers?

I have a hard time seeing Odin being able to forcibly disarm multiple Thors, let alone a hundred, let alone one thousand.

Who said he has to "forcibly disarm" anything? He can command them to drop and they will (or they'll refuse to strike him, like when BRB attempted to attack Odin with Mjolnir only to have it fly to his hand).
