DCnU? The nano-'armored' look? Yeah, its not bad, though I do like the texture the MoS film suit has: more 'armory'.

There have been some other suit variations that were also pretty cool, if straying further from tradition (eg, the Godfall suit).

But for some reason I found the character cool. Unbreakable skin (Wolverine couldn't cut him), some level of superhuman strength (I think he almost one shotted Spiderman), retractable spikes on his arms, cool background story (I LOVE the Morlocks).

From DC, I'd say Powerboy :

Again, horrendous costume, but : awesome powerset and cool backstory. If DC brought him back with a cooler outfit, he'd be the bomb!

You don't like Thor's latest look? I think it goes far in terms of replacing his original costume, and the 90's variant costumes were really bad in comparison. I don't mind Wonder Woman's new look either.

Ok not that it wouldn't be scary to see someone like this coming at in a dark alley it could still use a makeover.
