Cosmic Spiderman vs

What were his powers and abilities??

I read some where in some yahoo post Stan Lee says hes the most powerfull in the whole marvel universe is that true??

If not who do you reckon can defeat him?? Give a list in any order as u wish...

Based on feats lots of characters. We can only speculate on CS's full potential.

Hes not.

Nah. Some characters who shitstomp him.

However he has the coolest incapacitation that is guaranteed to work against comic characters 90% of the time.

Adamantium webbing ftw

hard to say how tough he was. i'd say by feats he was certainly a high herald, and he could have been a lot more....
