Although I believe that Skaar would put up a good fight, and even put a few bruises on Gladiator, the kid just isn't in this weight class yet, and would be schooled.

Skaar at his best was amped by his home world's old power. He was about to destroy the entire planet until Surfer stopped him. Not sure if he can beat Gladiator though, maybe not.
