Thor stomps the earth

At that point, Masterson was fairly aware of his limitations. I'm not saying they aren't Thor level, but saying they're exactly as strong as Thor is at his peak isn't true either.

As a matter of fact, the entire reason Blood and Thunder started was because every time Odin created a Thor clone, he took a piece of his power/essence and placed it in them.

Ironic that one of Thor's most powerful portrayals was caused by what on paper should make him weaker then ever.

Those 3 became thor. Thors peak is their peak also. You dont get part of his strength, you get it all. just like getting juggernauts power, the gem gives the user all of juggernauts power. The hammer when wielded by someone worthy, in the sense of the word, becomes thor, thats why the hammer returns to them and can be used by them. even their uniform is nearly the same when they transform.

Why?

That still doesn't really make them Thor level. They might get his powers, but there is a difference between getting his powers and actually knowing how to use his powers to the max/extent Thor can. Kind of like how every kryptonian, on paper, should be as powerful as Superman himself. We all know that is not the case.

Why?

Because Blood and Thunder was caused by Odin taking part of Thor's power and manipulating his spirit by placing it into Thor clones like Bill:

This caused an imbalance until his internal core was reduced into bits and pieces.

If I was more fanatical (Read: Crazy) say like fans of a certain other red caped superhero, I could probably use this evidence to argue that Bill and so on are only portions of a much greater whole that is Thor. mhmm

Still doesn't make them Thor. Masterson, Dargo and Bill consider Thor the greatest warrior and champion of all time for a reason.

Just because they may not know how to use the power as well as thor, does not take away the fact that they are his equal in strength.

Do i really have to tell you why they said that rage?

It's fun to see Rage getting educated by a real Thor fan.

We're not comparing high end feats here. Orion's high end strength feats are fighting superman toe to toe and never losing once.

My point and post went completely over your head.

The earth no sells the stomp.

Thors Ankle bones shatter and whilst he's on the floor screaming in agony some passing badger one shots him.

Logically yes. In comics? Not so much. Just like perfect clones almost never live up to the original. Symbiotes is another good example. Every new host is supposed to be as strong or even stronger than the original, yet Gargan who is superhuman without the suit gets his teeth kicked in by everyone and their grandma while human host Brock owns everyone.

I laughed so hard I woke up my roommate.

I love Carver. The guy is a trip.

Understood. But they are not clones of thor. They became thor when they were deemed worthy by the hammer. They were all granted thors full strength. The hammer does not regulate the power it gives the users. Its not going to give 100% to this guy and then turn around and give 90% to the next guy. When masterson met dargo and they slammed hammers together, they were equals, neither one was going to out muscle the other, now one may out fight the other or be more experienced that the other at using that power, thus deceiving the reader that one is stronger because he won. Perfect example is when masterson fought the real thor. Even though they were equal in strenght, thor was a FAR better fighter and had FAR more experience than masterson, yet he could not out muscle masterson, but he would win in a fight by being a far better fighter.

Has anyone considered the fact that Thor would be basically trying to stomp his mom to death here?
