Chris Redfield and Leon Kennedy vs Jack Bauer and John McClane

The two famous protagonists from Resident Evil 4 and 5 against tv's Jack Bauer and Die Hard's John McClane.

Weapons: All 4 have Beretta 9mm with 7 nine round clips, melee knives (like the ones used in RE 4 and 5), one healing spray each, and two incendiary grenades each.

Setting: the underwater Deep Core rig from the movie The Abyss.

Hunt and kill. Co-op teams together. Both teams start at opposite ends of the rig.

Which team wins?

McClane looks at Bauer and says "sit this one out kid, I got this." Then solos like a mfo.

A shootout with grenades is too random for these pros.

If both duos faced off, ammo depleted and no nades left. Knife Fight.
Chris and Leon crush them.

Chris and Leon would murder them in a gunfight or in H2H, and they sure as shit won't be sneaking up on Leon.

They stomp.

McClane's not a stupid zombie nor is he some retarded licker, you dumbasses.

Fact: McClane's taken on military types before.

Fact: McClane's dealt with enclosed spaces.

Fact: McClane's never needed a reset/multiple lives to pass his scenarios. Man's still playing on his first token, 4 movies later.

Fact: McClane's played through all RE games.

Conclusion: McClane solos, having Bauer there to hold extra ammo or be used as a makeshift weapon by McClane is making this is spite thread.

Chris sees McClane's shining dome, thinks it's a boulder, and proceeds to go apeshit on him.

What have Chris and Leon done in terms of gunplay that make them so impressive?

Knife Fight they win yeah. But in a shootout?

Can't recall for Leon though I'm sure it's similar, but Chris faced Albert Wesker with nothing but the pistol, and Wesker was a bio-engineered superhuman with blinding speed and reflexes, and Chris was still able to track him to a degree and score a hit on him.

Well, asides from the fact both have taken a ridiculous amount of training, Leon being the President's bodyguard, it's more about Chris and Leon having borderline superhuman reaction speed, which would be invaluable in a firefight.

No, more like aim-dodging at worst and bullet-timing at best, or dodging knives thrown at fast enough speed to cover about 50 feet in half a second.

RE games have been on a steady decline since RE1. The movies are just ****ing atrocious and get exponentially worse each time.

Diehard/McClane is like a fine wine, keeps improving with age. DH5, we'll probably see McClane punch out a rhino while telepathically stopping a nuke.

Die Hard sucks and Bauer would last far longer holding off Chris and Leon than McClane.
