Well most of the good guys (that is, the ones of actual note) have swords called Zanpakuto's that transform into magical weapons with a variety of different abilities. There are two levels of this: Shikai and Bankai. Everyone has a Shikai and Bankai is supposed to be rare but everyone of note has it. They all also have superstrength, durability and speed, can fly and shoot energy blasts. Their speed is wierd. They can Flash Step, which is basically a teleport, but they also have superspeed. A few characters have a Vaizard Mask that gives them a boost in power in all areas. Good guys of note are:
Ichigo: Can fire black energy from his sword in Shikai, in Bankai his sword condenses and he gains extremely high speed. He used to have a Vaizard Mask but I don't think he does any more.
Yamamoto: Can create skyscraper level flames in his Shikai, has only just revealed his Bankai so we have no idea what it is yet. He's one of the most powerful characters in the manga. Very fast and strong.
Yoruichi: The Flash Goddess. Is very strong and fast, and has an ability called Shunko that shoots huge energy beams.
Urahara: I don't like him. >:C
Kenpachi: Has no special abilities. He just cuts shit. Is also very powerful. His sword cuts through multiple buildings without touching them.
Rukia: Kind of weak, can create ice with her Shikai.
Renji: Has a kind of... flexible sword whip thing for a Shikai. In Bankai he has a huge bone skeleton on his back thats kind of dumb.
Uryu: Has a bow.
Orihime: Has the ability to bring people back from the dead and heal injuries by rejecting reality itself. Is pitifully weak.
Chad: AHAHAHAHAHA CHAD ****ING SUCKS!
Tatsuki: Is a better character than Chad, Uryu and Orihime combined. Has no powers or place in the story.
Soi-Fon: Her Shikai can kill you instantly if she hits you in the same spot twice. Her Bankai is an enormous missile launcher. She is also incredibly fast, though not as fast as Yoruichi.
Byakuya: His sword turns into razor sharp petals in Shikai and in Bankai they're multiplied tonnes.
Most of the Villains have these abilities as well. Villains are:
Hollow Ichigo: Ichigo on crack. Anything Ichigo can do, this can can do better and more destructively.
Aizen: Can manipulate the 5 sense with his Shikai provided the user has fallen under its spell. Was the Big Bad for ages. Is utterly broken even though he never uses his Shikai intelligently. Has a mcguffin stuck into his chest which gave him multiple forms and was a real ******* to beat.
Ginjo: Who cares?
Tsukishima: Is a much better villain than ****ing Ginjo. Can place memories into anything he cuts, even animate objects. Not very strong though.
Barragan: As a Hollow, he doesn't have a traditional zanpakuto. Instead he can release where he turns into a skeleton king and has the ability to age everything around him into dust.
I don't care about the others.

Ganondorf's pretty powerful, high meta-human probably. His Respect thread is pretty disorganized by there's an old KMCwiki article NemeBro wrote for him somewhere.

He has city level destructive feats and class 100+ strength, he's not a herald or anything, but he is quite powerful. His durability is pretty good, too, he survived being smacked so hard his castle exploded without being harmed.
So he's kind of a mage-brick.

There was a great Bleach thread back in the day with a host of characters versus comicbook Wonder Woman.
It was quite a good debate. It's just there wasn't much support for Bleach.
And Superman clones with magic artifacts are a pain to debate against.
