I think Bill has a chance here, but he'd have to pour it on in order to stun Majestros. If he does he'd bag the win. On the other hand, If Majestros stuns Bill, and does not stop bringing the heat, Bill would lose. Majestic has the speed to take the majority.

Honestly I'd give Bill or Thor 3-4/10 considering Maj tends to use weapons as needed and his weapons can probably cut the pair though if he's allowed his uber blades this turns into a one sided stomp.
