Great E3 trailer. A bit of a mindphuck at the end though. I advise you avoid watching the trailer if you want to avoid a potentially big twist.
Spoiler:
V has come to, with a pan to a kid who looks just like Liquid Snake screams there being a 5th clone in existence. It almost makes it feel like they did it just to have set up for another future protagonist now that Solid and BBs stories are done. It's also possible that the kid is Solid too. He did originally have blonde hair. after all. Still, weird word choice while panning over.
Man, that looks so GOOD. Also, loving the Solid Snake look on Big Boss. It looks like his earlier look. I'm hoping the bandana can be equipped separately though. I plan on rocking it with every outfit.

If MGS5 was just like MGS4, then I would probably wait. I'm not a big fan about the controls and after replaying MGS4, I got real annoyed by the amount of frivolous cutscenes.
But this the open world, Deus Ex style gameplay with the very intriguing Mother Base customization, 1 vs 1 online gameplay and the ability to add defenses turned this game into a must buy. I really think I could spend hours picking up guns, peeps and customizing everything. I hope it's totally open and not just allowing you to add a dedicate spots. I want to be able to add cameras in specific areas and design patrol routes.
I might be asking a lot but I think if you allow this type of customization on a base, it should be for everything.
Oh I know...but at least the idea behind Motherbase is there so I'm willing to look past that many cutscenes.
Purely on a guess, I think cutscenes wont be as prevelent as MGS4. I can take a lot when it make sense but because it's open world, you might not see as much when your just moving about. Chapter 3 in MGS4 is brutal for that. Every two steps a cutscene appears.
