None of Grundy's feats involves him countering a speed blitz. High end Grundy could beat Bizarro if they had a slugfest and just duke it out, but just like with most non flying bricks, bfring them somewhere like the sun will always work.

That doesnt include the fact that Grundy was destroying Bizarro before that scene and Bizarro had help.
