Bill would crush Russell in a fight. Bill's 'technical vamp son', the second strongest after him, is twice as old as Russell and would defeat him in a vamp on vamp fight.
Besides being faster and stronger, what makes Bill so formidable is his ancient evolved vampire abilities. Letting him so far resist being staked through the heart, resistance to fire and most of all telekinesis that allows him to throw people like ragdolls.
..basically the power of the strongest being in True Blood is a lesser version of Zant. Only issue would be his speed, which is as of yet unquantifiable.

Also, looking at the evidence it's immediately apparent that Ganondorf is too durable for Edgington to achieve anything.
