DCnU Vs Ultimateverse!

Seeing as DCnU is basically Ultimate DC, who wins this match?
Superman

Flash

Midnighter

Alan Scott

Warblade

Wonder Woman

Swamp Thing

Zatanna

vs

Thor

Cap

Wolverine

Power Princess

Hulk

Iron Man

Quicksilver

Storm

Is current swamp thing a lot weaker? Or am I missing something?

Take Thor out and replace him with Ultimate Colossus and you have a better Marvel Team

Ultimate Colossus stomped Ultimate Thor
