Does Rhino still have a fang from the Midgard Serpent as his horn, or has that been taken out of the equation?

The horn was never taken from him so I assume he still have it (I guess). I don't think that would be a game changer for this fight though since Wendigo has a healing factor.

Is his HF good enough to counteract the Serpent's venom?

Hulk was created before Juggernaut so how can Hulk be a poor version of somebody who was not created yet.
