How Loki feels about Hulk is irrelevant when he's got showings confronting more powerful beings than he under his own power. Goes without saying he'll be more powerful in the Destroyer Armor.

Thor fights the two of them in completely different manners.
Thor uses Mjolnir and its array of powers to counter Loki's sorcery and against Hulk resorts to his bare fists and hammer strikes while rarely using his thunder based powers if at all.
Still doesn't change the fact that Loki can and has harmed beings more powerful than Hulk and is in the Destroyer Armor per this battle.

also this is WBH, far stronger than any hulk thor has ever faced, and much more powerful than destroyer physically
WB Hulk Stronger than destroyer maybe, but that's beside the point. Hulk can't phased the Destroyer at all, he can Knock around the Destroyer it wont stop it, Destroyer has unlimited strength and stamina, and is more durable than Hulk period.
A base Destroyer would wreck Hulk all day, add Loki to the mix with his top magic second to Odin's, Hulk is in trouble either way, Hulk is just limit too just strength and healing factor, as where the Destroyer his highly versatile with in it's powers plus Loki, Hulk is not hurting Destroyer or slowing it down. Hulk is only avoiding inevitable, unless Hulk can borrow Odin powers or hope for Thor to fly by Hulk is screwed.

Starscream brought up Loki using Hulk to get him to beat Thor. I provided the context in which that was done (ie. easily mind raping him).
No need to get up in arms with people thinking this is Savage Hulk, though. 👆
