I'm afraid I don't know much about True Blood, but my first instinct to say Blade stomps. Though he might need to indulge his bloodlust at some point.

Doubt it. While TB vampires may or may not be bullet timers, Blade is a certified vampire timer.

blade has h2h and weapons covered, i just feel bill is to fast for him, bill simply will come up from behind(no pun intended) and take him out..

if somehow Blade gets pasts Bill and Eric and Godric, Blade stops at Russell

May or may not be? It was proven. Eric looked at a bullet after it left the barrel of a gun, looked at its trajectory, and intercepted. Eric is about 3000 years younger than Russell and 2000 years younger than Godrick. This means he's slower than them.
