Only way Thor and Superman can win is if they think outside of the box and start doing OOC tactics and the like. In a direct confrontation, they have no real way of putting down Hank for good (who will regenerate) or even physically damaging Ultron (who no sells Mjolnir to the face).
They could BFR them, but Ultron has teleportation tech last we saw of him.
