Mr. Immortal vs Darkseid

Can Darkseid's Omega beams erase Mr. Immortal?

I don't think they can. Mr. Immortal was informed by Deathurge (whom is Oblivion's avatar) that he can't take Immortal with him since it's his destiny to survive until after the universe ends. So, neither Death nor Oblivion will touch him.

The only victory that Immortal can take on Darkseid, is if he litteraly outast him to death lol
