Cap doesn't need two shields one is good enough

If they start at ~100 feet apart or further, then Cyclops with an OML blast.

If they start any closer, Cap has faster enough reflexes that he could throw his shield at Cyclops's neck before Cyke has a chance to let loose his full-on blast.
