Ionic Team vs Justice League

Alright this is a team of Ionic bad guys.

Ionic Team
Classic Count Nefaria
Ionic Energy Wonder Man
Ionic Energy Atlas
Therak(Theodore Davros)- http://www.rapsheet.co.uk/RapSheetMain/Character2.asp?UniqueId=1719

vs

Justice League
Superman
Wonder Woman
Tasmanian Devil

I will add Red Tornado for an even fight

What are Tasmanian devils best feats? Nefaria is a tough s.o.b

Count Nefaria was a match for a top notch team of Avengers, I dont think Supes, WW and Devil can take him and his team here.
