Flash would dump both of them into the speed force in the first 10^-24 second no contest unless iceman can make his consciousness travel back from there in which case the Flash isolates all the water molecules within a given region and does whatever he wants with them in the millions of year he has.

Every time i see one of these flash fanatic posts, I wonder if they are just troll posts or serious.

not sure how he would ko a full-on bobby. speed force is just a different form of energy. be interesting to see vulcan and flash battle over control if vulcan wasn't ko'd instantly. don't see flash being able to take out a full power bobby though.
