What equipment does Finn have available to him? Does he have a missile, or a cosmic gauntlet? I assume he has his Demon Blood Sword, but what about those cyclops tears that instantly heal injury, does he have that?

He can have the cyclops tears because he can probably carry that around in his backpack, but not the gauntlet or the missile unless he really needs them.
Hahahaha, it's hard to pit a comedy character against a serious character (unless you count Spiderman's dialog 😉 ), since his abilities are sort of random. In one episode he can't rough house with Jake without getting winded, while in another he can fight a giant Jake unarmed and tie. Also in one episode he can't beat some talking cat monster, but in another he lifts a giant nightmare creature above his head and breaks a set of chains with his bare hands. Finn's feats are all over the place. As for the web joke, well sometimes he has a sword and sometimes he doesn't, and since he didn't he got trapped in a web (though he does prove that he can knock birds out with just his spit). Let's a assume he has a sword, so that isn't an issue this time. I think the biggest issue here is for Finn to catch SM, since he'd just be swinging around the city. In that situation it would be up to Jake to get him down so Finn could fight him man-style.

Jake easily gives Finn the power to win, I just question whether or not they could actually make it happen. Leaning towards a no due to CIS. Jake is notoriously lazy and not the brightest, while Finn is a natural fighter, but I don't think he has the experience to handle a win against Spider-Man. Plus, he's only human, one good hit and he's gone.

That would be pretty hard, especially if he takes Finn down first (enraging the building sized Jake) since Jake has shown in the past to have proportional strength when giant (he tore through a building when he turned giant in the "Gutgrinder" episode) and the ability to evade quick attacks with stretching (as shown in the "Enchiridion" episode).
I'm actually not sure Jake can catch or fight Spidey though.
Spider-Man should really be untouchable to Jake, and he does have significant super strength, enough to have lifted subway cars overhead and such.
He should, imho, put Jake down, even if it takes him a while. Simply because how to catch him?
What is the largest enemy SM has beaten in the past? An issue for him would be striking Jake in his giant form as there wouldn't be anything strong to throw at him (everything in the Candy Kingdom is made of candy and thus not as strong as wood or metal or brick). He'd have to get right up in his face and punch him, which only gives Jake a chance to grab him. Also, every second he spends fighting Jake gives Finn enough time to recover and use the Cyclops Tears to fully heal him self. If Finn can then make a counter attack why SM is distracted, he has a chance of winning. Finn has actually shown some real combat skill in the past (such as when he beat a marathon of Gladiator Ghosts who were all much bigger than him and he did so with only the weapons strewn about the field) and with their dad's sword, he should be about to take down any webs and disable SM long enough for Jake to make a critical strike.
How does Finn recover from being webbed up? He lacks the strength to break free honestly.
For me it comes down to the pair's inability to tag a Spider-Man who doesn't let them. He's fought circles around faster opponents, and his sense makes it hard to imagine even a distracted Spidey getting surprised by a recovered Finn.
With Finn restrained he just needs to take down Jake, which I think he could do because he's faster and strong enough to at least hurt even giant Jake.
