No one in the Blade movies is that strong. Having greater reactions than Link only means he'll be able to block incoming attacks, something that fails when one party is much stronger.

Like how Link's sword would cleave Blade in two? Difference is Blade has no strength showings going on, so something like a sword clash here will tear him and his defences/block apart.

Well, he has at least one. In the first movie, he threw doctor black lady from the window of the hospital, which was a good number of stories up, to the roof of a building about maybe one or two stories shorter, then made the jump himself.
