Pick a Power

I'd be more concerned with just how badly the laws of physics and science (at least according to comic books) is being raped more so than his range.

Changing the chemical/molecular composition of things and making 4 + 4 = applesauce are two completely different scales.

^this

If your warping molecules such as a flood into fog, that's a high meta, if you warp a living person out of existence and scatter there molecules that's a herald level

It's all based on complexity

In comic terms, think of ctiy level RW as being able to make secondary adamantium, but not primary.

If you turn an entire city into secondary adamantium I'd say that's well above herald level

We were talking about how complexity, as such I was trying to show a reasonable limit for city level RW....as IIRC Firestorm from DC is considered a mid to high level Herald and he can make Promethium which is supposed to be DC's take on adamantium.

If he makes a reasonable amount, but if you transmute a forest into diamonds you would be above herald imho low trans probably

Well, reality manipulation is different - and usually more potent - than matter manipulation.

It's basically more akin to making illusions come to life and shit like turning day into night rather than turning one substance into another, which is also within reality manipulator's power sets as a rule.

Loki is a good example as he can do shit like turn gargoyles on buildings into living breathing creatures, turn people's skins inside out, make people go insane by giving them an unsolvable mathmathic solution, etc.

A matter manipulator make a soda can. A reality manipulator can make a soda can, and put a galaxy inside of it for the lulz.

1. WBH + Speedforce + Vulcan
2. Legion + Cytorak + Sinestro Ring
I wouldn't join anyone, they can join me.

What would you consider reasonable for someone with city-level RW'ing?

Yeah, magic is hard to place in a bracket

Creating life, aslong as its like mid herald or below is hh level

Warping time is kinda tricky and id say any real control over that is realistically above herald level

Classification: Alien

Forge's mechanical aptitude/powers

Madison Jefferies' technokinetic/technopathic abilities

Elixir's biological manipulation abilities

Team: Avengers

Code name: Osiris

Exactly, IIRC, so do Magician, Fan-Boy, Legion and several other Marvel characters that fall well below Herald level.

Legion's own power fluctuates . At full potential and/or with full control of his personalities , he's easily a universal-scale reality warper like Franklin Richards .

That's well beyond herald-level .

Reality-Manipulation is more or less like distorting/manipulating the very laws of physics , with it having different ranges(anywhere from a couple) . Makes a lot of sense as warped space-time(which can be considered the very fabric of reality according to modern-day science) can have any range of distance .

Again, my picks are herald level RW'ing, speed and intelligence.

I don't see what the problem is.

There's no problem , just that Legion'd reality warping is well beyond herald level , and borders on high end Cosmic .

Guardians of the Galaxy is my team

Silver Surfer's Power Cosmic

Juggernaut's Powers

&

Dr Doom Smarts
