Hmph. The first two powers might allow me to deal with opponents up to Iron Man, maybe Magneto. But even as a veritable Sandman, I doubt I'd get past them. As for the limits of Insertion Removal power, I'm going to go out on a limb and say I can entrap everyone up until Asgard into a magic snowglobe rather easily. Asgard is likely too big and Galactus probably too fundamental/powerful for such attempts.
