Horde vs Emma Frost(Phoenix)

Who wins?

Is it the Horde whom Tiamut fought ?

This one

Horde- http://www.rapsheet.co.uk/RapSheetMain/Character2.asp?UniqueId=1086

What are the relevant fights he has fought ? What are his feats/displays of power ?

Until the above mentioned are provided , I give Emma the automatic win over an unknown/obscure character like that .

He was able to stand against the X-Men Captain Britian & Meggan. It took Wolverine becoming a God to beat him.

Insufficient .

What sort of god ?
