They fight in the middle of Times Square after the Hulk refuses to give him his crummy matrix back.

I can't see Megatron having any real method of putting Hulk down.

Th Hulk decked a huge robot-worm-thinggy (that probably weighed 10 times as much as Megtron) with one punch.

Megatron shoots Hulk.
Hulk looks at the blow, unnefected then angrily stares at Megatron.
Megatron loses a gallon of oil on the ground as he attempts to transform and fly away.
Hulk leaps onto Megatron and pounds him into the earth. Turning him into shattered gizmos and gadgets scattered throughout the battlefield.

"Puny Robots"

This is how it goes, Megatron shoots nanobots into hulk's opening and they zap Hulk's membrane. Technology over brawn anyday.

Well that would be great...if Megatron could do that, which he can't.
