He was strong enough to casually yank fully armored(plate mail, swords, etc..) vampires dozens of feet through the air, and send them just as far with claw swipes. Not punches, swipes of his claws. Also the fledgeling lycans he turned were strong enough to hurt Selene who at that point has some crazy durability feats like taking a shotgun pointblank to the gut and not even getting pierced as well as being amped by Elder Corvinus' blood and becoming a Vampire/Immortal hybrid. And he was stronger than them.
He was also bulletproof for the most part, even though they were using Silver and UV ammo(also had a healing factor). And he was as fast or faster than the savage werewolves from Rise of the Lycans, who were fast enough in a straight line to easily overtake horses, and could hop around like lickers or those things from Mass Effect 1. Plus, after 800 years, he was fighting pretty evenly with Micheal who was a hybrid and was smashing him through solid stone and taking him off the ground with his hits.
In full form, he can overwhelm Cap and one good bite/swipe is all it takes. Plus any damage can be easily healed, as I doubt Cap is strong enough to rip his jaw off like Micheal did, and that was only because he was basically emaciated after being imprisoned for 800 or so years with no food. Even after his imprisonment, he still takes a majority, as he could easily bat the shield away once it's thrown.
