If the enemy organizations teamed up and try to take over each others various bases and fortresses. Which team wins and how long before the villianous group turns on the good guys

The team is given 2 hrs of prep time.

Shield or hydra could solo, they have a huge tech advantage

And they have superhumand beings on their side.

All of GI Joe are slightly above peak human mostly, and depending on the continuity cobra is aswell

I know, they could keep up, maybe not win but still, with guys like Batman, Hawkeye, CA or Daredevil but once a meta comes into play they should be fu**ed.
