Youre cool...
But some of those fully armoured knights were killable.*
McClane has never been killed despite attempts to that would have smited all and sundry, including those knights...
*McClane made a pact with God to be kept alive. (onscreen feat , DH1) which has been shown working in outrageous circumstance in that and all subsequent movies.
Thusly any handgrenade he finds on site is a holy hand grenade..
Exactly the kind of weapon required to smite the deathrabbit.

That sound suspiciously like PIS due to him being the protagonist in his movies. Besides, The Beast's lair was in a cave opening into a field, with no equipment lying around. The Holy Hand Grenade of Antioch had to be specially transported in, and it was clearly a special weapon, with elaborate instructions to operate, which means the technology was rare and difficult to understand. It's unlikely there would be other grenades around in this time.
Hey may certainly have a number of impressive feats, but I don't recall him dealing with something that had the strength to sever a human head from the body, though armor, within seconds. Even if he is durable enough to survive the first bite, subsequent nibbles will surely do him in.
If Arthur survived, along with a select few other knights, the master of survival that is McClane can too.
Its very very likely that if the beast hangs around for extra nibblage, McClane breaks it's neck..or lucks out in some other spectacular fashion...for it is the way of McClane. And the Bunny gets the ancestor of the the crown victoria, the horse/concorde drawn cart in its arse.
But yeah lesser characters whom we will not mention here would not survive, by the looks of the Bunny's awesome, fearsome screenfeats.
