Elixir vs Plastic Man

Who wins - the shapeshifter, or the healer?

Elixer easily if he isn't flash ko'd

Fight starts at .5 meters. Prolly Plastic Man. Not sure about Elixir 's range.

How does Elixir win?

Transmutation

I remember there was a big deal about Plastic Man being completely inorganic (Fernus the Burning stuff?)
Or am I mistaken?

That's true. He's entirely plastic (or was, pre-reboot. Not sure anymore).
