Hope you don't think that Scathan can take on Cosmic Armor Superman and Mandrakk.

The Living Tribunal is basically the most powerful entity in Marvel currently,
second only to TOAA itself.

But 1000 years from now an engineered "God" pops up in the form of Protege.

Protege = the combined power of the Living Tribunal, Eternity, Hawkgod, Beyonder, Mephisto (and his daughter Malevolence)
plus the GOTG,
and also aside from his own inherent power.

Scathan stomped all of that power with a single gesture.

CA Supes and Mkk (4th wall garbage aside) are not above Scathan,
and several others imo but I'm not in the mood to name more characters.

Didn't he go crazy and start judging universes and destroying life for the hell of it?

I think so. It was in a few issues of WW.

Personally all this Scathan talk has bothered me for a while.

I just see it as Scathan knew that protégés powered was reliant upon copying other people. He shut it off at its source.

Other than that one deus ex machina move. There's nothing that tells us his power. Sure everyone concurs, including living tribunal, at the power level of Protege. But that doesn't mean he didn't have gaping weaknesses still.

Personally that who thing is PIS and I don't accept it as a legimate claim to a power level feat. Just my opinion on it but everyone has their own I guess.

Sides that wa also during the era when living tribunal would have used only a super nova to kill off korvac and didn't realize he hadn't?

The living tribunal of today I think is a far different beast than the gotg days of marvel.

Hey there good friend.

This is why it bothers you true debater, because that's not what happened.

What really happened:

Protege is about to erase the LT, Eternity and company,
when Scathan curbstomps Protege in epic one shot style,
THEN Protege ends up in-affective with the energy muzzle over his head.

To say Protege was beaten by being blindfolded is silly,
because he still had the power of the LT, Eternity and company.
So, he had a plethora os choices at his disposal to escape or fight back,
but he couldn't, he was made helpless even though he embodied All that power.

Afterwards .. the "muzzle" comes off,
and Scathan physically holds Protege in place,
while the LT passes judgement.

One more thing, by the time Protege copied the LT's powers and status,
he didn't need to see beings/entities using their power in order to copy.

In the Marvel Comic book, he didn't.

Scathan was simply far more powerful.

It's 100% Canon, since it's referenced across 3 separate bios.

That was Scathan's first appearance, the only stories he's been involved in,
so whatever power-set and/or alluded power he portrayed,
that's what it is.

There's no PIS there as I myself thought years ago.

I think you got your dates a bit mixed up there.

The Korvac incident happened in 1982 in a "What If"

The Scathan incident took place in 1994. (you know, LT already above the IG)
In a legitimate possible 616 future. (canon)

That's actually more around the time the LT is manipulating
the power of Two MegaverseS in one hand.

So, Monitors, Angels, and Imps.
