Since technically, we didn't see the feat. We only saw Ben's account of it.

But I'm not saying Superman lied.. I'm saying maybe Ben did, just a little.

He was trying to make his wife feel better, and could have upped the peril a little. Even added an element or two, just to make his point. (Say, for example, adding the Sun Eater, when all they did was float around in space and chat.)

He made a promise not to tell martha. He sure has very vivid imagination mentioning things like entropy bomb and the thing that superman has battled sun-eaters before in LOSH which btw he never told to his parents as he was meeting legion in secret. But that never stopped you before. As for that feat superman survived the explosion of the entropy bomb that destroyed the sun eater. That's clearly seen when he was flung back from the explosion.

Juggernaut (classic and kuurth), Prime (at his best) and WBH are tops IMO
Also HP DD deserves mention when it comes to energy projection durability.
