He is perfect at blocking all attacks of single opponent. But simultaneous attacks of second opponent he would need to dodge. Look how often Kenobi dodged Maul's and Opress attacks with all sorts of acrobatic stuff. Vader simply can't dodge like that because of suit, so multiple opponents will give him much more hard time, than others.

If he mastered Jarkai, then he would be able to take both of them but not with single lightsaber.

Yeah. Because of the fact that he's taking on 2 opponents, it would be difficult. And seeing that this is Maul and Jinn, I still believe the team wins.
