Think Doom took out Terrax during the "secret wars 3" the one where Doom got his memory back from the cosmic cube (beyonder and molecule man) Terrax was all like "RAWR!" and Doom slapped a collar around his neck that contracted the more Terrax struggled. The fight ended with Terrax floating away KO'd
