It depends of one thing: at which level Spectre is operating?
"Classic" Spectre soloes the shit out of everybody.
With a feeble version of Spectre, Mad Jim Jasper eats everyone.
Other option: Galactus just eat everything, but he would get his ass handed to him before it ever happens.
That's MJJ merged with the Fury on that list.
Which means he's unstoppable.
He's God within his warp.
MJJ wasn't upgraded on panel via the Fury sleeping inside him,
but basically, if there's no Fury, then MJJ can't lose according to history.
If however, we do decide to upgrade MJJ ourselves with Fury's powers,
then ... ouch.
There's a saying that goes:
